- concluding and performing a Service Agreement or Sales Agreement.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 5 years, or until the use of marketing and analytical capabilities necessary for conducting business operations. In the case of entering into an agreement with us, your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the contract and thereafter, until the expiration of the limitation period for potential claims arising from the contract and in connection with the 5-year statutory archiving obligation.
You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify or delete it, as well as the right to restrict processing / withdraw consent, the right to data portability, and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
Personal data provided on the website will not be sold or made available to third parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act.
